Best Diet – Low Carb and Exercise

Wow. Even msn.com posted an article explaining why a lifestyle of eating low-carb and exercising regularly is the best plan for your health.

In their “Battle of the Diet Plans” piece, they compared low fat, low carb, Mediterranean, Zone, and Ornish diets. The main focus of the study was weight loss, and the winner even in that area was….drum roll…low carb and exercise. “A low-carb diet consistently produced the greatest weight loss, so this plan—combined with exercise—seems to be a good place to start.”

I think a low carb Paleo lifestyle is the perfect place to start.
