Paleo Day 16

Still on the road in the morning. To add to my Paleo cooking, I picked up a food dehyrator today and made my first batch of dried apples. The few I tried last night were so yummy! 🙂

Now that I’m not traveling I need to cut out the more fatty foods and focus more on fish and veggies. I have a big bag of veggies to steam and a fresh trout to cook tonight!

My rough estimates:
Protein (ideal 20-25%): 26% (previous days: 35-13-22-29-41-25-28-30-24-26-32-30-19-20-16-25)
Carbs (ideal 50-60%): 27% (previous days: 37-75-27-24-24-30-38-50-57-31-25-41-47-65-54-33)
Fat (ideal 20-30%): 47% (previous days: 28-12-51-47-35-45-34-20-19-43-43-29-34-15-29-42)

Breakfast

  • Bowl of blackberries, blueberries, strawberries

Lunch
