Paleo Day 14

So it has been two weeks of my Paleo experiment. I am totally convinced of its benefits. For example, after racing my half marathon yesterday and dancing last night, I ran 8 miles today and felt great!!

I am going to continue with this lifestyle change. I will try to record my future days, but may not get all of the details of every day as I have for these two weeks. I am so impressed with the results – in how I feel, in how I run, in my overall better health and fitness. Paleo rocks!!

My rough estimates:
Protein (ideal 20-25%): 16% (previous days: 35-13-22-29-41-25-28-30-24-26-32-30-19-20)
Carbs (ideal 50-60%): 54% (previous days: 37-75-27-24-24-30-38-50-57-31-25-41-47-65)
Fat (ideal 20-30%): 29% (previous days: 28-12-51-47-35-45-34-20-19-43-43-29-34-15)
