Paleo Day 11

I was craving a smoothie today so I grabbed one in between jobs. Boy, it was yummy with fresh strawberries. It was a much healthier snack than the TONS of Halloween candy that line the aisles. Trick or treat!

My rough estimates:
Protein (ideal 20-25%): 30% (previous days: 35-13-22-29-41-25-28-30-24-26-32)
Carbs (ideal 50-60%): 41% (previous days: 37-75-27-24-24-30-38-50-57-31-25)
Fat (ideal 20-30%): 29% (previous days: 28-12-51-47-35-45-34-20-19-43-43)
