Paleo Day 6

Spent most of last night experimenting with recipes! With it being October, there are so many squashes and pumpkins available! Yummy!

My rough estimates:
Protein (ideal 20-25%): 28% (previous days: 35-13-22-29-41-25)
Carbs (ideal 50-60%): 38% (previous days: 37-75-27-24-24-30)
Fat (ideal 20-30%): 34% (previous days: 28-12-51-47-35-45)

Breakfast

  • Baked snapper w/ tomatoes

Snack

  • Squash w/ apple juice and raisins
  • 3 pieces turkey bacon

Lunch

  • Salad w/ chicken strips and walnuts

Snack

  • Dried bananas

Dinner

  • Turkey burger w/ mushrooms, onions, garlic (cooked in a stuffed pumpkin)
  • Roasted pumpkin seeds (homemade!)
  • Blueberry tea
