Day 5! I’ve made it Monday through Friday! 🙂

My rough estimates:
Protein (ideal 20-25%): 25% (previous days: 35-13-22-29-41)
Carbs (ideal 50-60%): 30% (previous days: 37-75-27-24-24)
Fat (ideal 20-30%): 45% (previous days: 28-12-51-47-35)

Breakfast

  • 2 scrambled eggs w/ 4 strips of turkey bacon

Lunch

  • Turkey burger w/ natural tomato sauce, onions and garlic

Snack

  • 2 kiwis

Run 5 miles
Dance

Dinner

  • Celery w/ almond butter
  • Banana chips
  • Blueberry tea
