Paleo Day 2

Boy, was I tired and hungry yesterday. The hunger passed finally and I just went to bed. This morning I was starving for a nice salad! This afternoon I felt very tired and weak with a bit of a headache. I’m not craving carbs, just feeling drained.

Protein: 22%

Carbs: 27%

Fat: 51% (bulk from avocados and dried bananas)

Breakfast

  • Spinach/lettuce salad w/ tomatoes and avocados

Lunch

  • Chicken slices
  • 1 boiled egg
  • Raspberries
  • 10 almonds

Snack

  • Kiwi
  • Pure protein bar (strawberry)

2.5 hours dancing

Dinner

  • Chicken livers w/ green peppers and onions
  • Dried bananas
