Daily caloric intake guidelines

Here is my daily caloric intake guidelines.

The Paleo diet suggests the following % for P, C and F.

Protein: 20-25%
Carbs: 50-60%
Fat: 20-30%
 

To maintain current weight
Calories 2067.0 cal
Carbohydrates (55%) 1136.8 cal = 284.22gm
Proteins (15%) 310.06 cal = 77.52 gm
Fats (30%) 620.12 cal = 68.90 gm
B. To lose weight by  1 pound per week
Calories 1567.0 cal
Carbohydrates (55%) 861.89 cal = 215.47gm
Proteins (15%) 235.06 cal = 58.77gm
Fats (30%) 470.12 cal = 52.23gm
