Pre-Paleo Sunday

Last day of Pre-Paleo!! Spent the day running, shopping, and cooking Paleo food! 🙂

Breakfast

  • Clif bar – almond cherry
  • Gatorade (after 10 mile hill run)

Lunch

  • Sole fish
  • Steamed carrots and broccoli
  • Celery w/ peanut butter
  • Green tea

Snack

  • Raspberries
  • A few almonds

Dinner

  • Cheese and crackers (last)
  • Peanut butter and honey sandwich on whole wheat bread (last)
  • Red wine
