My last few days remain. I’m still excited about trying out this new diet! 🙂

My totals today, very roughly, are:

Carbs: 54%

Protein: 23%

Fat: 23%

Breakfast

  • Whole wheat bagel
  • Yogart
  • Green tea

Lunch

  • Chicken with Mandarin sauce

Snack

  • Celery w/ natural PB
  • Whole wheat bagel

Dinner

  • Natural PB and honey sandwich on whole wheat bread
  • Reduced fat Gardettos (again, last time!)
  • Red wine
