List of my pre-paleo foods for today:

Breakfast

  • Whole wheat bagel
  • Yogart
  • Banana
  • Green tea

Lunch

  • Lots of peas
  • Wheat crackers
  • Fiber granola bar
  • A few soynuts (yuck)

Dinner

  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 pieces whole wheat toast w/ olive oil
  • peanut butter pie (so yummy – my last dessert!)
  • mudslide martini (sooooo yummy – my last fofo drink!)
