This blog was created to track my journey in running and trying out ways of improving myself and my athletic ability – including the Paleo diet.
As a runner, I like schedules. I like having goals and challenges. I’m also OCD, so I like my lists and plans, and yes, restrictions. What days I can run, how far I can run, what days/times I dance, when/how I lift weights, do yoga/pilates, what I eat, when I eat.
I feel most in balance when I have a plan. Hence, on these pages you will find my fitness and diet plans, recipes, and running adventures as I continue my journey of Paleo living. You’ll see how my training and overall health has changed – for the better!
