Different ab exercises work different muscles. There are numerous ab exercises out there, including those for weight lifters, yoga folks, dancers, etc. Here are a few I’ve found that I’d like to incorporate into my own workouts, in addition to the core yoga/Pilate exercises (that I’ve been really good about not doing).
